Our neuro-aligned approach supports both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, offering flexible, compassionate coaching that adapts to the individual rather than forcing them to fit a system.

Beth is a weight health & management, behaviour change and ADHD coach with over 25 years’ experience helping people heal their relationship with food, rebuild body confidence, and break free from diet culture.
Diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 46, during perimenopause, Beth finally understood why traditional approaches to health and motivation had never quite worked for her. Her journey has also included overcoming eating disorders, losing seven stone, and navigating thyroid cancer ... experiences that have given her a deep understanding of the emotional, hormonal, and neurodivergent factors that shape our relationship with food.
Through the merging of UnDiet Your Life with Daisy Bloom ADHD Coaching, Beth offers both 1:1 and group coaching with a neurodivergent-informed, holistic approach. She specialises in supporting people whose eating habits, body image, and self-esteem are affected by ADHD and emotional regulation challenges.
Warm, open, and deeply empathetic, Beth’s mission is to help others rediscover trust in their body and mind and find a version of health that feels strong, balanced, and uniquely their own.

Nicky is a weight health & management, behaviour change and ADHD coach with over 8 years’ experience helping both adults and young people make lasting, positive changes to their health and wellbeing.
Nicky's calm, caring energy and incredible attention to detail make her a trusted guide for anyone looking to bring more structure, balance, and self-belief into their life.
With a BA in Primary Education, specialising in the ADHD coexisting condition of dyscalculia, Nicky has a deep understanding of how learning differences affect confidence and motivation and she brings real-life empathy and warmth to her work, combining professional expertise with lived experience of the challenges faced in today’s fast-paced world.
Alongside her work in weight health & management and disordered eating recovery, Nicky also offers ADHD coaching for children and young people, helping them to build confidence, manage overwhelm, and develop tools that support both learning and emotional wellbeing.
Partnering with Beth through the merger of UnDiet Your Life and Daisy Bloom ADHD Coaching, Nicky shares the same mission: to help people of all ages rediscover balance, self-trust, and joy in both body and mind, through a compassionate, neurodivergent-informed lens.

Whether you want to heal your relationship with food, feel more balanced in your weight health, management and wellbeing, or get to grips with challenges such as motivation, overwhelm, emotional regulation, or consistency, we’ll work with you to uncover what genuinely works for your life.
With over 30 years of combined experience in behaviour change, ADHD, and weight health & management coaching, we bring both professional expertise and lived understanding of ADHD, autism, perimenopause, and thyroid challenges.
